Shanghai World Trade Center is located in Shanghai Hongqiao Economic Development Zone. It consists of three main buildings: the Permanent Exhibition and Trade Center, Shanghai World Trade Center, and Shanghai World Trade Center. It is a super trading market integrating exhibition, trading, office, and information, providing first-class, international facilities and services for domestic and foreign merchants and professional buyers. International Permanent Exhibition and Trade Center – China’s first and Asia’s largest international professional exhibition and trade market. With more than 200,000 square meters of exhibition space and 2,200 permanent showrooms, it is an ideal place for enterprises to display and trade goods. At present, the center has gathered nearly a thousand excellent suppliers in the three major industries of clothing fabrics, home textiles, gifts and general merchandise, and building materials and furniture. 1. Take a taxi from Pudong Airport: about 1 hour (52km/about RMB 150)

2. Take a taxi from Hongqiao Airport: about 20 minutes (8km/about RMB 50)

3. Bus: You can take Bus No. 48, Bus No. 57, Bus No. 709, Bus No. 737, Bus No. 748, Bus No. 925, Bus No. 936, Xuhua Line, Bus No. 911, Bus No. 827, Bus No. 88, Bus No. 121, Bus No. 27, or Bus No. 855 to get there

4. Subway: You can take Line 2 and get off at Loushanguan Road Station; or Line 3 and get off at Yan’an Road Station; or Line 10 and get off at Yili Road Station to get there

Booth Reservation

A. Fill out the “Exhibition Application Form” and affix the official seal, then mail or fax it to the organizing committee of the conference; exhibitors must pay 50% of the booth fee as a deposit (RMB) within 7 working days according to the requirements of the payment notice to confirm the booth location; the balance of the booth fee must be paid before May 28, 2025, and you are welcome to pay it in one lump sum. Otherwise, the organizer will regard it as giving up the exhibition. If the exhibitor withdraws from the exhibition midway after registration, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.

B. After confirming the booth, the organizer will send the “Exhibition Manual” to the exhibitor; the manual includes information on exhibit transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangements, and item rental. Exhibitors must fill in the relevant forms in the manual as required and return them to the organizer before the deadline.

C. The principle of booth order allocation is “first apply, first remit, first arrange”. The organizer can only confirm the booth reservation after receiving the booth fee deposit.

If your company wishes to register for the exhibition, please ask the organizing committee for the “Exhibition Application Form”, fill it out, stamp it with the official seal, and mail or fax it to the organizing committee.
